Pour le 56ème congrès annuel de l’Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation (ATBC), du 28 juillet au 01 août 2019 au Centre de Conférence International d’Ivato, des chercheurs du Centre National de Recherches sur l’Environnement (CNRE) ont activement pris part à cet évènement scientifique international .

Quatre communications orales ont été présentées. Il s’agit de :

       Ramiarana Elie: “Plant succession in the forest fragment of Ankorabe, eastern Madagascar”;

       Ranaivosoa-Toandro Sitraka : “Local representation of the forest in the rural commune of Ranomafana-Est, eastern Madagascar: From resources use to conservation”;

       Rakoto J. Felana: “Rhizospheric soil property of Millettia (Fabaceae) in Madagascar with two endemic species and one introduced”;

       Randriamalala J., Ravonjimalala R., Randriambanona H., Randrianarison A., Herve D., Razanaka S.Rasoanaivo N. : "Regeneration and fragmentation of dry deciduous forest of Madagascar”.

Par ailleurs, deux chercheurs ont participé à la communication affichée (poster), dont :

       Ratsizafy Irinah : «Mimosa latispinosa, an asset for an ecological restoration of the mining site of QIT Minerals Madagascar (Fort-Dauphin) » ;

       Ravolatsara A. : « Change in indigenous people’s subjectivity in relation towards conservation projects ».
